Terms of service

1. The service

Sightrz retrieves data from the advertising, analytics and social platforms you connect, normalises it into a common metric model, and presents dashboards, reports, alerts and AI-generated observations over it.

We may change or improve the service, and we may add or remove connectors, provided we do not materially reduce the core functionality of a plan during a paid term without notice.

2. Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for the security of your credentials, and for what the users you invite do in your workspace. Tell us promptly at hello@sightrz.com if you believe an account has been compromised.

You must be at least 18 and using the service for business purposes.

3. Plans, billing and overage

Plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. Annual prepay is discounted by two months. Each plan includes an allowance for connected sources, rows synced, AI credits and API calls; usage beyond the allowance is charged in arrears at the published overage rates.

Hard caps are enabled by default. When usage reaches 150% of your plan's inclusions, syncing pauses and we notify you rather than continuing to bill. Raising or removing the cap is an explicit action you take, and it is your decision — but until you take it, you cannot be billed past that ceiling.

Prices exclude tax. VAT is added where applicable — currently 15% for Saudi Arabia and 5% for the United Arab Emirates — at the rate in force on the invoice date.

Invoices are due on issue. If an invoice is more than 14 days overdue we may suspend the workspace after written notice. We do not delete data on suspension.

4. Free trial

The trial runs 14 days, requires no payment card, and is limited to two connected sources and 100 AI credits. We may end or modify trials, and we may refuse a trial to anyone who has already had one.

At the end of the trial the workspace becomes read-only until a plan is selected. Nothing is deleted for 30 days.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service in breach of any law, or of the terms of any platform you connect.
• Connect an account you are not authorised to access, or retain access after that authorisation ends.
• Attempt to access another customer's data, probe the isolation between tenants, or circumvent rate limits and usage caps.
• Resell, sublicense or white-label the service beyond the rights included in your plan.
• Upload malicious code, or use the service to build a directly competing product.

6. Your data

You own your data. Connecting a platform grants us a limited licence to retrieve, store, process and display that data solely to provide the service to you, and to do so through the sub-processors listed in our privacy policy.

We may produce aggregated, de-identified benchmark statistics from platform data across customers. These can never be resolved back to a workspace, an advertiser or an individual, and we will not publish a statistic derived from so few workspaces that it could identify one.

You can export your normalised data as CSV at any time, including for 30 days after cancellation.

7. Third-party platforms

Sightrz depends on APIs operated by Meta, Google, TikTok, Snap, LinkedIn and others. Those platforms control their own availability, rate limits, data retention and terms, and they change them without consulting us.

We are not responsible for a platform changing or withdrawing access, for gaps caused by a platform outage, or for discrepancies between a platform's own interface and the figures it returns through its API. Where a platform restates historical data, we re-sync and your figures will change accordingly.

8. AI-generated output

Sightrz AI computes its statistics deterministically in the database and uses a language model only to explain results and phrase recommendations. Figures in an AI summary come from query results, not from the model.

Even so, output is informational. It is not financial, legal or professional advice, and it does not guarantee an outcome. You remain responsible for decisions you make about your campaigns and budgets.

9. Availability and support

We aim for high availability but do not commit to an uptime figure except under an Enterprise agreement with a service level agreement attached. Support response targets by plan are published on the pricing page.

Data syncs run daily. A delayed or failed sync is surfaced in the product and in the connector's status rather than hidden.

10. Confidentiality

Each party will protect the other's non-public information with at least reasonable care and use it only to perform under these terms. This does not apply to information that is public, independently developed, or required to be disclosed by law — and in that last case we will tell you first unless we are legally prevented.

11. Intellectual property

Sightrz and its software, design system, documentation and brand remain ours. These terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service during your subscription, and nothing more.

If you send us feedback we may use it without obligation. We will not identify you as its source without permission.

12. Warranties and disclaimers

We warrant that we will provide the service with reasonable skill and care. Beyond that, and to the extent the law allows, the service is provided as is, without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that data retrieved from third-party platforms will be complete or accurate.

13. Limitation of liability

Neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, goodwill or data, however caused.

Each party's total liability arising out of these terms is limited to the fees paid or payable by you in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

14. Term and termination

These terms run for as long as you have a workspace. You may cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current paid period; we do not refund a partial period unless we are at fault.

We may terminate for material breach that is not cured within 30 days of written notice, or immediately for a breach of section 5.

On termination your workspace becomes read-only for 30 days so you can export, after which the data is deleted on the schedule in our privacy policy.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes take effect 30 days after we email the workspace owner. If you do not accept them, you may cancel before they take effect and we will refund any prepaid, unused period.

16. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the contracting Sightrz entity is registered, and the courts of that jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction. The contracting entity and jurisdiction are stated on your order form and on every invoice.
